A self-taught artist of landscapes, portraits and abstracts, who works with oil, gouache, acrylics and paper cut-outs.

Having had a long, enjoyable career in the Graphic Design industry, I retired early in order to follow other passions. I’ve always enjoyed painting, I love playing with colour and light and imposing a slightly expressionistic style to my work.

I was trained at the London College of Fashion in my teens to be a fashion pattern cutter and designer, and became a couturiere. Early on, I did my own sketches for advertising, which progressed in later years to drawing and painting. Fast forward many years and I took over the reins of administrator for Harrow Art Society, which I have been for more than 10 years now.
